7. Production and Processing Times
Standard Products
Products that are already available for dispatch are typically prepared and shipped within 1–5 business days.
Personalized and Custom Products
Personalized or custom-made artifacts may require additional production time.
Depending on complexity, preparation and production may take up to 4 weeks.
Customers will be informed when additional time is required.
8. Shipping
Curiorium currently serves customers within the European Union.
Delivery times vary depending on destination, shipping carrier, and local conditions.
Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, Curiorium cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.
Packaging and Presentation
Curiorium takes care to package all artifacts appropriately for transport and protection.
The primary purpose of shipping packaging is to protect the contents during transit. As a result, minor cosmetic wear, dents, creases, scuffs, or other signs of handling affecting the external shipping packaging alone do not necessarily indicate damage to the purchased artifact.
Where the artifact itself arrives undamaged and complete, minor damage to external transport packaging will generally not be considered a product defect.
Certain products may include presentation packaging, gift boxes, decorative wrapping, or other presentation elements. Such items form part of the overall product experience and are prepared with additional care.
If presentation packaging arrives significantly damaged, customers are encouraged to contact Curiorium so that the matter can be reviewed individually and a suitable solution can be discussed.
9. Order Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation of an order before preparation or production has begun.
For personalized, modified, or custom-made products, cancellation options may become limited once production, customization, or material preparation has started.
Curiorium will always attempt to resolve cancellation requests fairly and transparently.
10. Returns and Refunds

11. Handmade and Artisan Products
Certain artifacts may be handcrafted, produced in small batches, or created as unique pieces.
Minor variations between individual items are considered part of the character of handmade and artisan products and are not considered defects.
No two handcrafted artifacts are necessarily identical.
