Custodian Reconstruction Project

Part of a larger project to restore our construct, this beautiful handcrafted piece—featuring delicate components—gives our mechanical hand a full range of motion, just like your own.
Made of copper and brass, with an optional silver plating, it takes 22 processes and up to 28 delicate parts to make it work.

Made to order

Artifact Description

The Custodian Reconstruction Project is an artifact for our Golem.

Constructed from approximately 18–28 parts, depending on the manipulator model, it is handcrafted with high complexity to ensure that every finger and joint behaves just like a real hand, using copper, brass, and silver plating as the chosen materials.

This unusual mechanical artifact is something worth remembering.

Come, traveler, and join the Custodian Golem reconstruction project.

Main Description

A structural component of the Custodian has been recovered.
Condition: stable.

Reconstruction of the unit is ongoing.
Complete technical documentation is missing.

Details:
material: metal (copper, brass)
type: hanging ornament
condition: well-preserved
character: fussy…

Notes from the Chambers

Keeper of Curiorium:

Today I found something I’d almost forgotten about on the shelves in the workshop.
A manipulator for our old Golem—which I think could use a little refurbishment.
Actually, manipulators, because we have three different models, though the last one, as I recall, isn’t like the others.

Master of Inventorium:

They don’t quite fit him size-wise.

Could they be prototypes?

And judging by the weight, I can tell they’re metal.

Exquisitely crafted and very agile, too.

Master of Arcarium:

Small hands capable of gestures?

I’ll find a few uses for them…

And maybe add a chain, just in case.

Cabinet Entry

Curiorium Note:

The item bears a resemblance to a Custodian unit.

Structural compatibility has not been confirmed.

Caution is advised.
